We’re excited to welcome you to Coronado and the 2026 Leadership Summit.  

Getting our leaders in one room is the best part of our year. We’ve grown a lot, and that makes this time together matter even more — it’s our chance to reconnect with what has always made Levy, Levy.

Our time in Coronado is built for the conversations we rarely make time for. We’ll share what we’re learning, talk honestly about what’s working and what isn’t, and spend time building on what has made us successful. We’ll also do the thing we do best: be together. The relationships we share are the heartbeat of Levy.

We hope you’ll leave our time together proud of what we’ve built and fired up about what’s ahead. What comes next will be shaped by the same spirit that got us here — and it starts with all of you.

Before You Go

A few details to help you prepare for the summit:

Travel & Logistics

  • Register by August 31st.
  • Book your travel by September 30th. Please be economical with your flight choices and seek approval from Juliana Draskovich for any round-trip fare over $650. When booking travel in Concur, please select your own entity code for approval. When submitting expenses for covered Summit travel, please code to 33931 LFS Operations (9955) and specify “Levy Leadership Summit” in the Business Purpose section.

Arrival & Departure

  • Please plan to arrive at Hotel del Coronado on Wednesday, November 11th before 5:30 p.m. Our agenda will kick off with a Welcome Reception at 6 p.m. On Friday, November 13th, the meeting will conclude at 12:30 p.m., followed by lunch from 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Everyone must stay through the conclusion of the meeting.  Please plan your departure from the resort accordingly.

 

Transportation

  • For ground transportation to and from the airport, please utilize Uber or Lyft and share rides with other attendees whenever possible.

 

Additional Details

  • What’s Included: Levy will cover travel to and from Hotel del Coronado; two nights of accommodation from Wednesday, November 11th, through Friday, November 13th; all planned group meals; and your selected activity on Thursday, November 12th. Expenses outside of the summit agenda, such as additional hotel nights or car rentals, will be considered personal expenses.
  • What to Pack: Dress code for all Levy events will be business casual; jeans are welcome. Early mornings and evenings in San Diego can be chilly in November, with lows often around 50 degrees (Fahrenheit). Many of our planned events will take place outdoors, including on the beach, so you may be most comfortable bringing a sweater or jacket, comfortable shoes and sandals.
  • Summit Participation: The Leadership Summit has been planned for the collective enjoyment of our leadership team. All planned agenda items and events are for summit attendees only.

Activities

Set along the shores of Coronado Island, the iconic Hotel del Coronado has welcomed guests since 1888 with its timeless coastal charm and rich history. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and just minutes from downtown San Diego, the resort offers beautifully restored accommodations, oceanfront dining and unforgettable coastal experiences. We’re pleased to offer you the opportunity to relax at the spa, tee up on the golf course, sail San Diego Bay, or explore the island by e-bike.

  • Golf

    Tee off at Coronado Municipal Golf Course, a scenic par-72 course just minutes from Hotel del Coronado. Set along San Diego Bay beneath the iconic Coronado Bridge, it features tree-lined fairways, immaculate greens and sweeping views of the downtown skyline, making it enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels.

  • Spa

    Relax and recharge at the Spa & Salon at Hotel del Coronado, where massages, facials and body treatments are inspired by the island's coastal setting. Guests enjoy access to the relaxation lounges, spa terrace and ocean-view spa pool for a peaceful escape.

  • Sailing

    Set sail on San Diego Bay for a friendly team regatta departing from nearby Glorietta Marina. After a brief sailing orientation, you'll race alongside fellow attendees with an experienced captain aboard each boat. Enjoy scenic harbor views, refreshments on the water and a memorable afternoon on the bay.

  • E-Bike Tour

    Explore Coronado on a guided e-bike tour through the island's most scenic landmarks. Ride along flat, bike-friendly paths past the Hotel del Coronado, Glorietta Bay, the Coronado Bridge and Orange Avenue before stopping for a sweet treat at a local ice cream shop. This leisurely ride is suitable for all experience levels.
